Bronze Scent Detection Course

Instructions-
-Please wear suitable footwear ideally footwear with some grip to be able to move freely around with your dog.

• Please bring poo bags and ensure you clear up after your dog in the arena and anywhere around the site. Just as if you were out on a walk! We have dog waste bins on site therefore any bagged dog waste can be disposed of responsibly.
• Please bring with you a RED KONG (this is a must have)
• Harnesses are ideal to give your dog the freedom to sniff unhindered. If your dog does wear a collar, it must be a securely fitted flat collar that cannot slip over their head.
• No choke chains or slip leads are allowed in class.
• You must use either a training lead or fixed lead. NO FLEXI or EXTENDABLE LEADS or SLIP LEADS are allowed to be used in training.
• Your dog MUST be kept on lead at all times unless instructed otherwise.
• We are more than happy for children to attend the course however they must be accompanied by an adult at all times, children can train their dog in class but we suggest that they be of an appropriate age to take direction from the class instructor and that they do not distract the other dogs whilst training.
  
• Puppies need to have had their full vaccinations.
• If your dog is ill or has an injury please notify the Instructor before attending the class. Dogs that have symptoms such as a cough or sickness or diarrhoea should not attend class and you should consult with your vet, plus your instructor before returning to class. Dogs that have been diagnosed with kennel cough must be cough free for two weeks before resuming class. Refunds cannot be given if your dog becomes ill during the course since we cannot resell your spot.
• Females in season cannot attend training class, should you anticipate that the course may coincide with your bitches’ season then it may be best to wait to enrol on a later course since no refunds can be given in such cases, since we cannot resell your spot.
