Half Day Mini Retreat designed to unwind, recharge and restore. There are two sessions filled with breathing, stretching and grounding. Combining yoga, calisthenics and somatic techniques to release, relax and unfurl. The day concludes with a slow yin yoga styled session and a magical sound bath to embody true relaxation.
Bring your own mat if you like although there are plenty there. Some water and your most beautiful self.
