This is a 45-minute skill and movement based class at the FOUNDRY gym (LAMBETH RESIDENTS ONLY).
The class is designed for Seniors, but all Adults of all abilities, who feel they would benefit, are very welcome.
PLEASE DO NOT BOOK MORE THAN 2 FOUNDRY CLASSES PER WEEK
