Let's 'Live a Little’ and enjoy a ((B)) PARTY with DJ and singer Sinead Quinn, including activities, refreshments and a ((B)) P.T session.

All ages, abilities are welcome, bring a friend, carer, or even support animal and share in the inclusivity of community!

About ((B)) P.T:
We welcome anyone with limited mobility to our safe, fun, fitness space tailored to suit you. Exercise with 3 options: move on the floor, or use a chair for support to sit or hold onto, or jump on our mini trampolines. Focused on feeling good mentally and physically for everybody.
