Come & experience conscious connected (also known as circular) breathwork with me! This is a group session practised lying down, in a dimly lit venue, to an upbeat & dynamic soundtrack (which we mellow out as the session progresses).
For more information please see the breathwork page on my website (bravebreathwork.com), or get in touch with me directly.
Please note - in order to participate, you will need to have read & signed the breathwork consent form prior to the session.
Once you've booked your session, you'll receive a preparation message on WhatsApp the day before your event.
