This 90-minute webinar introduces the assessment and management of Caesarean section scars from a Restore Scar Therapy perspective, with a focus on their relevance to pelvic health physiotherapy.
The session will explore:
✅ scar healing and maturation,
✅tissue mobility and restriction,
✅sensitivity, safety and
✅clinical reasoning,
✅alongside practical approaches to scar management.
Participants will be introduced to Restore Scar Therapy principles and will have the opportunity to follow a practical demonstration of silicone cupping/negative-pressure techniques.
The webinar will also include a demonstration of 6D taping and discussion of appropriate self-management strategies.
