As the week comes to a close, you’re invited to slow down and soften in a space of stillness and restoration. You’ll be guided on an immersive sound journey designed to calm the nervous system and restore inner balance.
Using alchemy and frosted crystalline singing bowls, the gentle tubular and wind chimes, grounding gongs and intuitive percussive instruments, layers of sound will wash over you and support your body to release tension and your mind to settle into quiet awareness.
Please bring a bottle of water, yoga mat, pillow, blanket and any other comforts you’d like to ensure you can fully relax during the evening.
You may wish to bring a journal with you to write down anything that comes to you during the evening.
If you do not have a yoga/exercise mat, please get in touch so we can bring one for you.

• Take care if you have seizures, epilepsy, tinnitus or sound sensitivity.
•If you are currently exepreincing a mental health crisis or experiencing active psychosis, this session may not be suitable.
If you tend to snore or have breathing difficulties, lying on your side can help you stay comfortable.
If you feel uncomfortable or overwhelmed during the session, you may sit up, step outside or rest.
