Gentle, fun class for all women including pregnancy (2nd and 3rd trimester). Any levels of yoga knowledge welcome. We will being with a Tropic skincare pamper, then enjoy some gentle yoga, a guided meditation and some time to enjoy refreshments afterwards and toast the end of the year. A chance to bring your friends to my class and have a girly night in. Skincare to suit all skintypes.
Wear comfy clothes, bring a drink and a yoga mat. My classes are relaxed and friendly, don’t worry if you’re a bit late, we have an informal chat before we start the class. I am unable to refund or bump a class if you cancel within 48 hours - I am a small biz, every booking is important.
