Post natal yoga for mum and some moves for baby. Suitable from 6wks up to crawling. If your baby sleeps, feeds, needs a nappy change this is all fine to do in the room, and don’t worry if they cry, it happens all the time.
Park by the library off Bridgewater street. Come in thru the main door. Park your pram at the bottom of the stairs. Pls bring a mat, wear comfy clothes and don't worry if you're late.
