This is a beginner-intermediate level Chinese Pole workshop with Suki. Chinese Pole is a rubber covered pole on which you will learn; how to climb up, various ways to travel down and lots of different shapes and poses.
Please wear clothes that cover arms, legs and back/belly; we recommend that you wear leggings that you can also put jeans over and a long sleeve t-shirt as well as a jumper. Shoes with a flat rubber sole are worn for Chinese Pole, such as converse.
