Create your own dinner set and platters using simple slab building techniques in this 10-week Hand Building class. You will be encouraged to use textures and decorating techniques including using ceramic transfer patterns and underglazes.
These dinner sets and serving platters are a great way to elevate your meals, or to use as beautiful cheese/nibbles platters.
If you have previously taken our 'Platters & Vases' course, this is the perfect follow-up to create an entire dinner set!

Clay and tools will need to be purchased for this class. This is in the vicinity of $52 - $55, and should last the 10-week term.
Firings are paid separately, this will be explained by your tutor.
Poziom: All Levels
Please wear comfortable clothes that you don’t mind getting dirty, and bring your own apron and an old towel to class. You are also able to hire an apron and towel for a $10 laundering fee - please ask your tutor about hiring these when you arrive.

Clothing that allows freedom of movement
Closed-toe shoes
Tie back long hair
Remove rings and jewellery

We cannot offer make-up classes if you are absent. Your tutor will do their best to catch you up when you return.
All completed work must be collected from The Clay Centre within 6 weeks of receiving your collection email. Work will not be stored after 6 weeks due to space constraints.
