This is a small friendly class in which we practice both Hatha and Vinyasa. The sessions include Asana, Pranayama and Savasana. Practical exploration is accompanied by yoga philosophy, history and information about the 8 limbed path.

The hall does not have dedicated off road parking so please ensure you allow extra time to find a safe place to leave your car.
Please arrive a couple of minutes before the session so that you have time to set up and make yourself comfortable before you begin.
What to Bring:
I have spare yoga mats, cushions, blocks and blankets which people are welcome to use. You are also welcome to bring your own mat, blocks, cushions, blankets, yoga strap, eye pillow or any other items to support your practice. Please wear comfortable clothes that you are able to move freely in, layers are often helpful. Please bring water to keep hydrated.
