Join us for a fun afternoon of Chamber Music Adventure (for children ages 7 - 12 years).
We will meet at Curious Keys at 1pm for a fun and interactive exploration of some of the world's most famous classical composers.
We will make our way together to St. Brendan's Church for a special Children's concert entitled Bach and the Birds performed by the Woodpeckers Recorder Quartet.
On return to Curious Keys, we will have the opportunity to watch Olympia String Quartet (a wonderful group of young, emerging musicians) rehearse some pieces for their upcoming concerts with plenty of opportunity for discussion, questions and answers!
Runs from 1 - 4.30pm.
Children should arrive at Curious Keys for 1pm and be collected at 4.30pm (parents are not required to stay).
As this afternoon involves a short walk from Curious Keys to St. Brendan's Church (the church by the square), children should wear suitable clothing and bring a raincoat / umbrella in case of inclement weather.
Children can bring a small snack and water as required!
