In this relaxed and beginner friendly 2-and-a-half hour taster class, Executive Chef Carl Frost will guide you through each stage of creating an authentic lasagne from scratch, sharing the techniques and little touches that make all the difference. Ideal for complete beginners, it's a brilliant introduction to Italian cooking without feeling overwhelming.

Cancellation and Transfer Policy
While our classes are non-refundable, you can opt to transfer to another class if you make the request at least 7 days before the course starts. The transfer will be valid for one month.
To ensure an enriching experience, we require a minimum of 4 participants per class. We reserve the right to cancel a class due to insufficient enrolment or if the chef needs to postpone unexpectedly. Should this occur, we provide the flexibility to transfer to another course at your convenience. If this option is not suitable, a full refund will be issued, and you will receive notification 24 hours before the scheduled class
