To book a Sauna Session you must first have made a booking to stay on our campsite: Dulas Meadow.
Our wood-burning sauna offers a simple, restorative way to slow down and reconnect during your stay. Whether you're winding down after a long walk or simply craving a moment of calm, this is your space to breathe deeply, release tension, and soak in the healing warmth.

Designed to accommodate 4–6 people, it is a truly relaxed, shared space that encourages calm, conversation, and reflection.
From inside the sauna, guests look out across open green fields and far-reaching views. This connection to the landscape plays an important role in wellbeing. Wide horizons and natural scenery are known to help calm the nervous system, quiet mental noise, and promote a sense of ease — allowing the benefits of heat to be felt both physically and mentally.
If you are booking on behalf of another person, you are agreeing that both you and they agree to all our terms and conditions.
Instrukcje
Hot and cold therapy offers numerous benefits, but safety is essential. Please read and agree to our guidance before booking.
You must not be in the sauna alone for health and safety reasons.
What to bring and wear
• Please bring a towel to sit on while using the sauna.
• Please wear appropriate swimwear at all times.
• All jewellery must be removed before entering the sauna due to the risk of burns.
Sauna etiquette and safe use
• Wash your feet before entering the sauna and sit on a towel at all times.
• Recommended sessions are 5–15 minutes, maximum of 30 minutes at any one time.
• Pour water gently onto the sauna stones using only the water provided.
• Oils, lotions, perfumes, or other substances must not be used inside the sauna.
• Please follow all safety guidance and capacity limits during your session.
Your booking includes sauna use, cooling-down time, and changing time within the allocated slot.
