Join me for a deeply nourishing New Moon Sound Bath, a sacred space to slow down, soften and turn inwards.
We begin with a warm welcome and an invitation to set personal intentions, gently aligning with the energy of the new moon. You’ll be guided through a short, grounding meditation to help you settle into your body and quiet the mind, preparing you to fully receive.
As the sound bath begins, simply rest and listen as the soothing vibrations of crystal sound bowls wash over you. Allow the sounds to support deep relaxation, release and renewal, there’s nothing you need to do, just be.
We’ll close the evening by gently returning, sharing reflections if you wish, and enjoying a nourishing herbal tea together.
This is your time and space to rest, reset and plant intentions for the cycle ahead, a gift to yourself 🌕✨️

The village Hall has plenty of parking on the car park to the rear, and also some spaces to the front of the building.
Come through the front doors and into the hall where I will be to welcome you ✨️
