A total workout using boxing gloves & pads mixed with body weight exercises such as press-up or squat!
Fun way to exercise, lose a few calories while getting stronger and fitter!
All levels welcome.

I will have Boxing gloves and Pads but if you have some, bring them along. Also, bring a bottle of water (essential), a towel and wear suitable workout clothes including trainers (essential).
BEFORE YOUR 1ST CLASS:
You will need to read and sign the PARQ TEST & GENERAL INFORMATION form ( You can either print it and bring it to your 1st class or edit it online and email it to me).
Classes are non-refundable but transferable to another session up to 8 hours before the start of the class. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact me.
