Active For Life is back for 2026!!!
These indoor exercise classes are open to individuals aged 55 and above. All levels of ability and experience welcome.
The classes will last 45 minutes and are delivered by qualified coaches.
The classes will start at the start of February and run for 8 weeks. Please note places are limited so you may be placed on a waiting list
