Seven week course starts Monday 4th June - 30th July (no classes on 9th and 16th July 2018), 6:30pm-7:30pm, Epiphany Primary School, Muscliff, BH9 3PE, £42.
Please note that you will require your own kettlebell for the above classes. It is recommended women start with a 4kg and men a 6kg. These can be purchased through me, or alternatively I can advise you on what to look for (no vinyl or plastic filled bells please). Pregnant ladies will not be permitted to participate in these classes.
Bookings are non refundable and non transferable, please ensure you can attend the course before booking.
