Taught by Kayleigh, a level 3 fully qualified Mat and Reformer Pilates teacher, this class will be mixed ability level Mat class with modifications and progressions offered throughout.
Instrukcje
Mats and any equipment required will be provided.
If you are a new client, please arrive 5-10 minutes early to complete a participant questionnaire prior to the class and to discuss with the instructor.
Payment can be made online with a small fee or offline via bank transfer with no additional fee added.
