Glow Within Sound Bath sessions are held weekly at the beautiful Llanrumney Hall, in Llanrumney, Cardiff.
Lie down, get cosy, and let the healing sounds take you away, calming your nervous system, quietening your mind and aiding deep relaxation.
We are Gemma & Claire, a team of 2 combining both Sound Therapy & Reiki. This blend works together beautifully, bringing a level of peace that won't be forgotten.

IMPORTANT: Not suitable during pregnancy or for those with a pacemaker or epilepsy.
Please arrive 5 minutes before to settle in. Late arrivals will not be admitted. The session will start promptly at the advertised time for the duration of one hour.
Sound Bath Cancellation Policy
To ensure a smooth experience for all participants, please review the cancellation policy below before booking your sound bath session.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person.
No-Shows
Participants who do not attend their scheduled session without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
Late Arrivals
To preserve the calm and uninterrupted environment of the session, late arrivals may not be admitted once the sound bath has begun.
Event Changes
In the rare case that the facilitator needs to cancel or reschedule a session, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to move their booking to another date.
