Wild Foxes is our Forest School group for home educated children and their grown-ups - created for curious kids who enjoy being outdoors, at their own pace.
We meet in the woods at Woodoaks Farm, where children can explore freely, follow what interests them, and spend time outdoors alongside others.
This is a small, friendly group where children can take their time to settle, build confidence, and form connections week by week.
Sessions include time to explore, seasonal activities, woodland games, and gathering around the campfire together.
We recommend regular visits to get the most from the experience - this gives children the chance to settle in, feel comfortable, and grow with the group.

It’s a 15–20 minute walk from the car park to The Dell
(The track is uneven - please allow time)

• Weather-appropriate clothing (we run in all weathers)

Sessions run rain or shine, with a small shelter available if needed

Hand-washing station and a camp toilet

The Woodoaks Tea Shack is open on Fridays

• Children remain in the care of their accompanying adult at all times
• Sessions are guided by Vicki, our Level 3 Forest School Leader
• There’s no pressure to join in - children can take their time to settle
• We recommend booking a 6-week block to get the most from the experience
• Rescheduling: Please email at least 24 hours in advance
• Weather cancellations: Sessions may be cancelled for high winds or storms (full refund given)

Valid for one child and their parent/guardian. Join us for an afternoon of muddy play, nature crafts, and campfire stories. Please note: babies under 12 months are welcome to join for free!
