Sat 11th & Sun 12th November - A weekend workshop with senior Iyengar Yoga teacher Rachel Lovegrove. Suitable for everybody with at least 1 year's yoga experience.
Saturday 11.30 am - 4.00 pm (with a break for lunch).
Sunday 10.00 am - 2.00 pm (with a short break).
Book for the whole weekend, or just one day.
