This workshop will cover how the spine works, why pain might be present and what to do about it. We will cover a some anatomy, so we can all visualise what's happening internally, as well as sequences for lower, middle and upper back. We will explore ways of improving flexibility and function, sequences for relieving pain and stiffness, and finish with a glorious relaxation.
Please bring a blanket if you can. All other equipment is available at the studio.
