As the longest night of the year invites us into deep rest and reflection, join me for a Winter Equinox Sound Bath — a soothing immersion in sound, intention, and renewal. This special event honours the turning of the seasons, when darkness gives way to returning light, and we are invited to pause, release, and realign.
During this guided sound journey, you’ll be enveloped in the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other resonant instruments. The sound frequencies help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and restore balance to body and spirit — creating space for inner clarity and peace as you move into the new season.
As a qualified BAST sound therapist and classically trained vocalist, I will be incorporating song and poetry to set our intentions for the evening and the turning of the year. The sharing of aromatherapy oils will awaken the senses to encourage deep rest and renewal.
Please bring something to lie on such as a blanket or pillow if possible to ensure your comfort.
Children may attend from 14 years upwards.

Please note that there are contraindications for some of the instruments that I will be using. This includes anyone with a history of epilepsy, or psychosis, and pacemakers.
Please do inform me if you are experiencing severe anxiety or depression as these allows me to have an awareness to ensure you are fully supported in the sound experience.
Please bring something to lie on such as a blanket or pillow if possible to ensure your comfort.
