I have been practicing Yoga for over 20 years and I love every minute of it. I trained in 2021 with HFE and gained my qualification in teaching Hatha Yoga.
My classes are adapted to suit everyone at a mixed level ability so anyone can come and join my classes and I can adapt all (asanas) postures to suit your needs. My classes are fun and flexible consisting of all age groups.
