This nurturing session offers a peaceful escape from the colder weather, supporting rest, renewal, and inner harmony. No experience is necessary — simply come as you are and allow the sounds to guide you into deep relaxation.
What to Bring:
Mats, blankets, and eye masks are provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer. Please bring a pillow or cushion for extra comfort, as these are not provided.
