Sophie Popplewell is back in the studio with us for a special Heels Pop Up class!
Join us this 1.5 hours Heels Pop up class, where you'll learn foundations and heels technique as well as a brand new choreography. Our Heel's classes are all about YOU feeling empowered, supported and ELEVATED INK Fam!
This class is for 16+ and taught at a open level.
We do recommend previous dance experience, and whether it's your first time in heels or you simply LOVE being in your heels and feels, we welcome all dancers to join us!
Just incase you haven't met Sophie on our #INKSundays and previous Heels Pop ups... Sophie is a professional dancer, choreographer and teacher based in Leeds, specialising in hip-hop and commercial styles! Alongside her weekly classes at Dancehouse, associate lecturing in college settings and teaching workshops around the UK, her latest performance credits include Channel 4’s new drama series ‘Dance School’ (releases 2024), UK Garage Girls, and you may have also seen her pop up in Cineworld's 'Unlimited' campaign alongside dancers in INK Dance too!

Poziom: Advanced, Intermediate & Novice
Please bring a pair of heels you feel comfortable in. We'd recommend a pair of heels that have either a strap along the ankle, or is a "heel boot" which gives ankle support. Please ensure that heels are undamaged (no risk of snapping/breaking, and that the sole of the shoe and the bottom of the heels is intact).
We'd recommend you bring a pair of trainers also to warm up in. Following this, you can change into your heels for technique and choreography.
