This class is an early bird version of the 9am class but 45 minutes duration.
Mat work class suitable for clients who have experience of Pilates; late beginners, improvers and intermediates
Suitable if you have back conditions including osteoporosis
The focus of this class is on strengthening the muscles that support the back and releasing tightness and improving flexibility and movement of the spine. We are experienced in working with clients who have back conditions and this class is suitable for clients who have been diagnosed with osteoporosis and other similar back conditions where care needs to be taken.
Wendy Joelson teaches this class and has been teaching Pilates to clients for nearly 13 years including those with back conditions.
