As the sun reaches its peak, we invite you to pause, soften and align with this sacred turning point, a moment of clarity, transformation and new beginnings.
Our afternoon begins with grounding doTERRA oils, heart-opening cacao and a soothing yoga practice led by Janet Baxter. Expect long, breath led stretches to release the old and welcome the new.
We then dissolve into deep stillness with a powerful Gong Bath by Jo McCoy, healing vibrations that calm the mind and restore the body on a deep level.
We’ll close in community, with Yogi tea and handmade chocolate dipped dates - to nourish and connect.
