International Women’s Day Fundraiser in collaboration with RISE

This International Women’s Day, we gather to move, to sweat, to celebrate and to stand tall.

The 2026 theme is #GiveToGain. When women are supported intentionally, collaboratively and financially, the whole world shifts. When we rise, we all rise.

So we’re choosing joy as a radical act.
We’re choosing self-worth over shrinking.
We’re choosing to dance louder.

Expect 90 minutes of female-empowerment energy soundtracked by the likes of Beyoncé, Nicki, Dolly, Gaga, Cardi, Christina, Aretha and more. Big tunes. Big feelings. 0 judgements. No diet pressure. Just powerful bodies moving together.

We’ll have:
• Follow-along routines
• Line dances
• Battle moments
• Free dancing
• Speeches from RISE
• empowerment and solidarity

60% of profits from this event will go directly to RISE, a Brighton-based charity supporting those affected by domestic abuse.

In addition, we’ve set up a separate fundraising page for anyone who would like to contribute further, so together we can raise even more.

Who is it for?
Women, trans and non-binary people are warmly welcomed, along with anyone who feels at home in a female-centred, empowerment-focused space. This is a zero-judgement environment for all bodies and all abilities. You don’t need confidence. You don’t need dance experience. You just need to show up.

Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled. If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person.
