Wild Bop at Low Tide 🌊
Join us for something really special - an ecstatic dance session on the sand at low tide as the evening light settles over the sea.
Dancing together is unity. This is a moment for community to gather, feel, dance, heal and find joy - and to honour the sea and the earth as we move.
How it flows:
We ground together and set an intention, do some breathing and then it's silent disco headsets on for a carefully curated musical journey - building gently from earthy, grounding rhythms up through the energy and back down before we unify and then come into stillness, meditating on the stones before we close.
No routines, no choreography, no right or wrong way to move. Dance as big or as little as you like. Close your eyes, feel the sand beneath your feet, and just move.
Open to all - no experience needed.
What to bring:
Please book ahead so we can be prepared with the ceremonial cacao.
We'll confirm the exact meeting spot near Hove Lagoon closer to the time, and keep you updated on any weather changes.

Arrive from 6.30pm to collect your headset - we start at 6.45pm with the breathing/intentions etc. We’ll be on the beach near Hove Lagoon, and will have a couple of peeps to help direct.
Bring: layers (it gets breezy!), water, and bare feet or sandy-friendly shoes. Something small to sit on is lovely for the opening and closing.
This is unguided, ecstatic style dance - no routines, no right or wrong way to move. 🌿

We’ll meet on the beach directly south of Hove Lagoon (Kingsway, BN3 4LX) - cross the promenade from the lagoon and come down onto the sand. Look for the humans and headsets!
