As a teacher, I encourage you to listen to what your body needs in a non-judgemental, friendly, inclusive and accessible way. I embrace the science of yoga and movement, with minimal fluff and faff.
After decades of struggling with poor body image, my yoga mat is a space in which I feel strong and capable, more resilient and way less irritable. At 40+ years old, I'm also keenly interested in how yoga helps us to age well and keep living a healthy and content life, especially so that I can watch my beloved daughter grow.
