📍 Before You Arrive: Your Workshop Guide
We want you both to feel completely relaxed from the moment you walk through the doors at New Wellwynd Parish Church.
What to Bring: Just yourselves! We provide all the mats, cushions, and learning materials you’ll need.
What to Wear: Please wear comfortable, stretchy clothing (like leggings or joggers). We will be practicing active birth positions and massage, so you’ll want to be able to move easily.
Fuel for Birth Prep: A selection of snacks and refreshments (tea, coffee, water & Home baking) will be provided to keep your energy up. If you have specific dietary requirements, feel free to bring your own favorite snacks along!
Parking & Access: Free parking is available in the church car park/nearby street.
Arrival: Please aim to arrive 5–10 minutes early so we can get you settled with a cuppa before we start at 9:30 AM.
