As the hustle and bustle of the festive season approaches, help little ones find calm amidst the madness! An hour of mindful movement, guided breathing, stretches and relaxation games helping children to stay centred, kind and grateful.
Monday 22nd December 5.45pm - 7pm is the Yoga and Christmas Stories Event - Just 8 spaces left. Wear your pjs and come on a fabulously festive adventure. Includes hot choc, cookie and crafts. Secure your spot!

The Bee Hub has a very large carpark that is free to use.
Access to the event space is via a set of approx 20 stairs. There is also a lift freely availiable.
On arrival at the Cafe, walk down the corridor and turn left. Through a double set of doors and you will arrive at The Bee Hub.
