A sound journey with alchemical crystal bowls.
This type of sound healing is gentle and melodic and works through vibration. Frequency healing is an old/new practice that works both to bring profound relaxation directly to the cells of the body, but also allows stuck and stagnant energy to move.
The session will last approximately one hour. You will lie comfortably for the session to receive the sound.
Sound baths promote deep rest and healing in the body. They are known to support insomnia, anxiety, pain and stress.

I will provide a yoga mat, bolster and eye mask.
Please bring an additional mat if you would like to double up, a blanket and pillow/head support.
Wear loose fitting/comfortable clothing as you will be lying down for the entirety of the session. If lying flat/on the floor is an issue, please contact me and we can find a solution.
