I am a Consultant Psychologist working at The Christie Hospital and I am a qualified yoga instructor, who has taken additional specialised training in yoga for people who have had cancer treatments.
The yoga workshop is suitable for people who have had cancer, beginners welcome.
The 2 hour workshop includes 30mins for herbal tea and biscuits.

Mats, blankets, bolsters and yoga bricks are all provided.
Please arrive 10 mins before the start of the workshop.
