A fun and connected space for children between the ages of 6 and 10 years to engage with the ancient practice of yoga through mindfulness, games, creativity, grounding and meditation.
The intent of this session is to encourage children to connect with their mind, body and spirit through yoga whilst both relaxing and having fun.
Instrukcje
Please ensure children attending are in suitable clothing for yoga and bring their own mat if possible.
Bringing own water bottle would be recommended to keep hydrated, although water is accessible within the vicinity.
Socks and hoodies may be desired for comfort during Savasana.

The event will be held in ‘The Green room’. To locate The Green room, access the small car park near the main entrance and follow signs to the right of the canteen.
