Well-being day based on gentle movement, emotional catharsis and nature connection. Learn some techniques you can take back into the hectic world with you and unwind with good food and good company.
Bring sensible shoes for walking along the woodland path and warm layers. Most of the day will be in the lovely heated conservatory so feel free to bring a change of shoes. Drinks, snacks and lunch will be provided but you might want to bring a water bottle to take out with us.
