Outdoor Creative play sessions for pre-schoolers and toddlers.
Parents/carers are required to stay for the duration of the session and will be responsible for supervising their children at all times. Resources and play activities will be suitable for the age/stage of children attending, but parent/ carers should assist their children based on their abilities.
The playgroup is strictly for children UNDER 5 YEARS. Please do not book any spaces for children who are 5+ as they are not insured to play on the premises.
The session is completely outdoors so please come prepared for the weather as we will only cancel in extreme weather situations. A spare change of clothes is advisable and a towel as there will be a lot of water play during the sessions. In the event of a cancelled session, you will be notified via e-mail that the session is cancelled. Cancellations will also be announced on the Little Hatters Social Media pages, so do check before travelling that the session is running if the weather is extreme.
Please note these tickets are NOT able to be cancelled once booked. Tickets can be transferred to an offered alternative available date on the booking system if 24 hours notice is given. Please bear this in mind when booking. Session that are cancelled under 24 hours are non-refundable and non-transferable. If the sessions are cancelled by Little Hatters then you will be offered an alternative date or given a full refund.
Toilets are available and baby changing facilities are also on site.
Hot drinks will be available to purchase on site. Please ensure a safety lid is fitted to all hot beverages at all times and drinks are not left unattended.
Feel free to take lots of pictures of your children enjoying their time at Little Hatters but please do not upload any images of other children to any social media platforms without permission.
Running water and hand soap/ sanitiser for hand washing is provided, please ensure you make use of these facilities as appropriate.
Booking is essential to attend sessions. By booking a session you are agreeing to all the terms listed here.
