Arrival and parking
Please enter through the main car park. During busy periods, the spaces directly outside the studios may be full. If all marked bays are occupied, please use the overflow parking area designated for Diamond Business Park.
Please arrive no more than five minutes before your session. If a member of the Little Wings team is not at reception, press the doorbell labelled Little Wings Playhouse, and a member of staff will welcome you in.
The main entrance door locks automatically when closed. It can be opened from inside using the exit button, or from outside using a fob key only. For everyone’s safety, please do not let in anyone you do not recognise. Ask a member of the team if you need assistance.
During your visit
Your booking will be confirmed at reception. All visitors must remove their shoes at the entrance and wear socks in the playhouse.
Parents and carers must supervise their children throughout the session, including while taking part in the parent Christmas crafts.
If you have booked a bake, please let us know about any allergies or dietary requirements when booking. Food must be eaten in the designated seating area.
At the end of your session
Please collect your belongings and leave promptly via reception so we can prepare for the next group. We cannot accept responsibility for personal items lost or damaged during your visit.
