Join Isabel for a grassland survey on Heather Field at Charnwood Lodge, on Monday 15th July, 10am-1pm. This field did not end up included in our Grasslands Project, so this year we would like to gather some baseline data for it. Ideal for those who have assisted with grassland surveys before, or at least have some knowledge of botany and would like to learn more about how to carry out a survey.
• Feel free to bring any field guides with you for ID help.
• You may wish to bring a hand lens with you.
• Please bring any refreshment that you may need during the morning.
• Please note that if the weather is very wet, we may need to reschedule the survey.

The entrance to the reserve is located on the east side of Abbey Road about 0.5km from the Warren Hills Road junction, (SK 458 155). Continue on the track through the member's only gate and park at the far end.
