LTS F2F (Foundations to Function) education will provide you with all of the movement, training and coaching skills needed to conduct successful personal training, small group training and group fitness classes covering the fundamental movements, unique exercises, progressions and regressions and amazing programming. All LTS programming is based on the science of body weight training and functional movement and is approved by ACE, AFAA, and canfitpro.
