Join me for an immersion in transformational breathwork and Kundalini Global Yoga in the stunning candlelit setting of The Mount Without where we’ll be accessing alerted states of being.
Through a dynamic practice of breath and posture we’ll activate the energic body, finding deep presence, expansion, and bliss. Breath is a powerful tool we can harness to regulate the nervous system, release stress and tension, and enter a deep state of calm. Some breaths will be energetic, some incredibly soft and gentle, both can allow us to experience complete stillness.
These classes are music led, and end with a Crystal bowl sound bath to bring us into a deeper state of relaxation. The venue is a beautiful 900 yr old church, you can really feel the magic.
I aim to create a safe and welcoming space. No experience necessary. Not suitable during pregnancy.
