✨ Together we’ll weave yoga, meditation and pranayama to quiet the mind and soften the body, before drifting into the dreamy stillness of Restorative Yoga and the deep rest of Yoga Nidra.
✨ We’ll close with festive treats and gentle connection, leaving you wrapped in peace, joy and a touch of Christmas magic.
~ Please bring a blanket and 2 bed pillows or large cushions
~ Christmas wear welcomed! But something you can comfortably move in!
~ Please arrive 10 minutes before the class begins.
~ Please bring a Yoga mat & any props you find helpful.
