In this 6 week course, you will learn hand building techniques with clay. Experiment with pinch pot, coil and slabbing techniques. This will then enable you to make a sculpture of your own design. You will make 3 small vessels and a sculpture, which will be bisque fired, then you will learn glazing techniques to finish your work.
Your work will be available for collection once glaze fired.
We may explore air drying clay as well as kiln fired during these sessions whilst waiting for the firing process.
Please note there will be a 2 week break over the Easter holidays during this course.
