Choreographer and filmmaker Rosemary Lee will lead an informal workshop that focuses on coming home within our bodies, finding a comfortable place to then explore our movement and expressivity from. It will be playful, quiet and energetic hopefully in equal measure and as suits each participant.
Rosemary works in a variety of contexts and media, including large-scale site-specific works with cross-generational casts, films and video installations. Her interest is in both portrait and landscape, and in our relationship with the environment, urban and rural.
Rosemary is a Senior Research Fellow -C-DaRE, Coventry University.
She is in Worcester researching some ideas for a possible film and may explore some simple ideas in the workshop. She looks forward to meeting you.
Please wear clothes you can move in easily and a drink.
