The class will consist of 25 minutes guided meditation for a full body and mind relaxation followed by 35 mins of Sound Healing.
Sound healing involves a mixture of modern and ancient instruments to create a relaxing atmosphere. The frequencies are designed to rebalanced your chakras, clear blockages in your energies and allows the body to fully relax into a healing state.
Please bring a yoga mat (I have a few spares if you need one, pillow, blanket and water. Please arrive 10 mins before if you can to get settled. Can you please pay £10 in cash until I get an automated payment option in place. Thank you 😊🙏
