Join us in the Nafas Yoga Studio for this fun and interactive yoga and mindfulness workshop.
The workshop includes a 45 minute yoga practice, with movement, dance and breathwork. Plus a mindfulness activity with a snack and drink.
Tickets cost £25 for one adult and one child.
Parking is available on the road, no permits required. It's a 10-12 minute walk from South Woodford station and a short walk from bus stops operating the 20, 179, W13 and W14 buses.
Come ready in comfy clothing. All other props and equipment will be provided. Please arrive up to 5 minutes before the workshop.
