I am inviting you to our small women circle where I will serve you a hot cacao, we will work with intention, connect with our breath and surrender into the crystal bowl sound healing at my own home cabin at World's End. Slowly entering into a new season.
My yoga and sound cabin is a space where we will reset, reconnect and release. Morning filled with joy, gratitude and rest.
We will start at 9.30am and the session is 90 minutes. So if you are feeling the calling for this wonderful nourishing and nurturing morning for you then I would love to welcome you at my own Zen of Happiness.
Please bring a pillow and blanket and anything you need to get comfortable. I have a plenty of props including mats, but if you wish to bring your own, feel free to do so.
The session is going to be small, just 4 of us.
